BUG FIX RECALL #2 (nami.c)

Ignore that recent bug fix, as the fix can be worse then the illness IF
you have not been syncronously applying the listed fixes. Due to a rounding
problem, the change in the count field size causes another table to be
altered. We are localizing it, but the problem only seems to show up in
very early systems (pre-release and first 2.8).

This is just a "small" case of the fix getting out before the testing is
complete.

The problem described in the indicated BUG FIX only occurs with very high
reference count, and can be dealt with in the mean time by just keeping
the number of references low.
