coryv7bugs => 2bsd-bugs, NET.2bsd-bugs

I have set up a netnews newsgroup NET.2bsd-bugs for bug reports and fixes
to the 2bsd distribution.  Those of you that get the kernel will be getting
usenet software and are urged to join Usenet to contribute to this.
This message is to (1) announce that ucbvax!coryv7bugs and
csvax.coryv7bugs at berkeley are now ucbvax!2bsd-bugs and csvax.2bsd-bugs at berkeley,
and the old name (coryv7bugs) will be forwarded to the new name;
(2) announce the new newsgroup NET.2bsd-bugs, to which people are urged
to post bugs found, hopefully with fixes.

Carl Smith will be taking over 2bsd when I leave next week, and will be
watching this stuff and hopefully merging in the good fixes to the master
copy here.  Diffs from the ORIGINAL version will be more likely to get
merged, since Carl cannot read minds very well yet.

Those of you who have indicated you wanted the kernel will get tapes mailed
next week.
