Still waiting for 2.9

As much as I enjoy reading the bug reports for 2.9,
they would mean a lot more if we had our tape. Its
now been 15 months since our money and license arrived
at Berkeley, and still no tape.

I know there was a flurry of activity last spring with
many reports of arriving tapes, but its hard to tell
if the tapes are still coming.

As I expect we are not alone, I thought it might be nice
to take a survey. If you mail me a letter that contains
the date your completed materials arrived at Berkely,
and the date your tape arrived (or the fact it didn't),
I will make a chart and post it to the mailing list
and newsgroup.
