diffs for RCS diffdir program

RCS seems to compile quite nicely on 2.9; just make sure that you
put in the bug fix to cc so that the -i flag gets passed.

The program rdiff has a module diffdir.c which is used when
you execute rdiff with two directories.  The directory reading
subrouines are a part of the 2.9 release -- it's in the uucp source
directory in a sub-directory call LIBNDIR.  Anyway, apply the
following diffs to diffdir.c and compile as normal.
