The setup documentation is making rapid progress and looking great!

35th Anniversary Edition (PL500) is complete and waiting only for the
documentation.

Ever wish that mkstr(1) would handle more than error()?  Then the new mkstr
program which can handle up to 16 function names is for you!

Release expected before the end of October - hurrah!
