I'm not sure if this is the appropriate place to put this but ...

I just contacted UCB, and the 2.9BSD tape is in the final touches of
being prepared for release.  I was told that by the time I get the
license material from them, signed, and returned, it should be ready.
(They have sent the license material, yesterday.)
