In the file /usr/src/new/news/src/Makefile.dst, MAXPERBATCH
is defined to be 1000000000.

That's a 47-bit number!

So that the MAXBATCH comparisons in /usr/lib/news/sendbatch
work, reduce it to only a million or so and recompile. Or
just change MAXBATCH in /usr/lib/news/sendbatch.

Has anyone brought up a more modern version of news,
like 2.11?
