pronet-10 driver for 2.10.1BSD

	The Pronet-10 driver (pdpif/if_vv.c) distributed with 2.10.1BSD 
	is seriously flawed.  It will not even make it thru the C compiler,
	PLUS the changes to run in supervisor mode were never made AND
	the old 2.9BSD hacks were still present.  Do not even think of
	using this driver.

	Now, for the good news.  An operable version of if_vv.c has
	been successfully ported from 4.3BSD to 2.10.1BSD (THANK YOU
	Rene Nieuwboer reneni at psy.vu.nl for testing and finding the
	4 or 5 small errors i made!).  If you are running 2.10.1BSD
	and want to use pdpif/if_vv.c, drop me a line and i will mail the
	.h and .c files.
