Subject: Vgrind(1) always puts the page number on the left side of the page.
Index: /usr/src/ucb/vgrind/tmac.vgrind 4.2BSD
Description:
Vgrind (actually /usr/lib/tmac/tmac.vgrind) doesn't understand the
convention to place even numbered page numbers on the left side of
the page and the odd numbers on the right side of the page.
Repeat-By:
Vgrind a program source that would use more than one page of
output. Look at the page numbers.
Fix:
Change the file tmac.vgrind to print even numbers on the left
and odd numbers on the right.
