Looking for ODE solvers in C

   Does anyone know where I can find an ODE solver package in C.  I need
range of solvers, for systems which are from "nice" to stiff.  They must
be in C.  The machine I'm working on does not have a FORTRAN compiler. 
I have the ability to anonymous FTP.
