C++ Workshop/Mini-conference

Yes, there will be another USENIX-sponsored C++ Workshop/Mini-conference in
the spring of next year.  We expect the format to be somewhat similar
to the Denver meeting, with tutorials preceeding a 2-3 day workshop.
We are still exploring the desirability of including an implementors
meeting.  Jim Waldo of Apollo will be Chair.  Dates are not firm yet,
but the target is early April, 1990, location still to be determined.
