bug in vnews documentation

The copy of the vnews man page we received had something wrong
in the paragraph that describes the switches.  It seems like
a couple of lines were reversed, with some other words missing
also, enough so that I can't be sure of how to fix it.  Could someone
who has a correct copy repost it?
