v04INF4: RAL-speedups archive mislabel

I recently reposted part 3 of the RAL Sun X server speedups.
This archive was mislabelled as part 2 in the archive, not in the
posting.  That's the way it was sent to me.  Since I didn't apply
those patches and test them, this got beyond me without notice.

All three archives should be different.
