Not quite right.  For whatever reason, the Dos clock (the one you access with
INT 21 function <whatever>) runs fast under PcDos.  Over the course of a
workday my system gains from 1/4 to 1/2 hour.  Of course, if you reinitialize
the Dos clock from hardware occasionally, you can work around this problem.
