Help needed with FTP/Telnet to and from PC running NCSA Telnet

     Hello all,

I have a problem getting FTP and Telnet working between our Irises and PC's
running NCSA Telnet/FTP.  I have the latest release from NCSA and am using
it with a 3COM ethernet adapter.
This configuration works fine to and from a Vax running CMU-TEK's software
and the Vax also talks to the Irises fine.  So basically, here's what works:

      IRIS <---> VAX  - no probs
      PC   <---> VAX  - no probs
      PC   <-/-> IRIS - no go.

Any ideas?  I have the hosts info defined, but apart from that am running with
the "defaults" as configured by NCSA on the PC end and SGI on the IRIS end.
