4MB simms on IRIS 4D/25

Has anyone tried 4MB simms on an IRIS 4D/25 or and IRIS 4D/70?

If so:
   o  How did they work?
   o  What speed were they (80 or 100 nsec)?
   o  Where did you purchase them?
   o  How much did they cost?
