Kinetics Etherport II

I may be premature but it looks like the Kinetics Etherport II is an
orphan.  Kinetics seems to have been broken up into little bits and
pieces.  No one seems to be accepting responsibilty for tech support of
the Etherport II.

Hope the driver Jim Jagielski (jim at jagmac2.gsfc.nasa.gov) just made
available for anon ftp works w/ my system.  Won't get a chance to try
it till tommorrow at the earliest.

I'm still leary of the Rev 1.0 ROM.  And have no idea what jumpers J1
and J2 are for.
