TeX undump for Amdahl UTS

I'm looking for a version of the "undump" program (as used to create TeX
and LaTeX) which will work on the UTS Unix system from Amdahl.  I have
tried the standard system V version (UTS is a System V based system) without
success - it just creates a zero-length file and no errors or warnings.
