.PCF to .BDF or .SNF translation

I know that this has been asked before, but I can't find the answer
around anywhere.
Does anyone know if/where there is a program that translates DEC
.pcf font files to something that R4 can use? (i.e. .bdf or .snf)

P.S. if I even knew what the name of the program was, I could find it,
but I've dug through all of the messages that I have & found no reference
to it!
