Request for 'head' & 'trail Commands

Are
	sed nq <file>	# For 'head -n'
and
	sed 1,nd <file>	# For 'trail +n'

so complicated that we should clutter things up with TWO new standard
UNIX commands? (I'm pretty sure #1 appears in K&P somewhere; #2 is an
obvious variant.)

Let's keep in mind what UNIX is supposed to be about, and KISS!
