NAME
chdir - change default directory
SYNOPSIS
integer function chdir (dirname)
character*(*) dirname
DESCRIPTION
The default directory for creating and locating files will
be changed to _d_i_r_n_a_m_e. Zero is returned if successful; an
error code otherwise.

BUGS
Pathnames can be no longer than MAXPATHLEN as defined in
<_s_y_s/_p_a_r_a_m._h>.
