     async_daemon - create a local NFS asynchronous I/O server

     async_daemon()

DDEESSCCRRIIPPTTIIOONN
     _A_s_y_n_c__d_a_e_m_o_n starts an NFS asynchronous I/O server.  Nor-
     mally this system calls does not return unless the server is
     terminated by a signal at which time a value of 0 is
     returned.	Otherwise, -1 is returned and the global variable
     _e_r_r_n_o is set to indicate the error.

EERRRROORRSS
     _N_f_s_s_v_c fails if the following is true:

     EPERM	    The caller is not the super-user.
