DDEESSCCRRIIPPTTIIOONN
     The _c_a_e_s_a_r utility attempts to decrypt caesar cyphers using
     letter frequency statistics.  _C_a_e_s_a_r reads from the standard
     input and writes to the standard output.

     The optional numerical argument _r_o_t_a_t_i_o_n may be used to
     specify a specific rotation value.  For example, ccaaeessaarr 1133
     may be used to decrypt rotated postings to USENET as well as
     some of the databases used with the _f_o_r_t_u_n_e program.
