_Q_u_o_t_a_o_n announces to the system that disk quotas should be
enabled on one or more filesystems. The filesystems speci-
fied must have entries in /_e_t_c/_f_s_t_a_b and be mounted. _Q_u_o_-
_t_a_o_n expects each filesystem to have quota files named
_q_u_o_t_a._u_s_e_r and _q_u_o_t_a._g_r_o_u_p which are located at the root of
the associated file system. These defaults may be overrid-
den in /_e_t_c/_f_s_t_a_b . By default both user and group quotas
are enabled. The optional -_g flag specifies that only group
quotas should be enabled.	The optional -_u flag specifies
that only user quotas should be enabled. Specifying both -_g
and -_u is equivalent to the default.

If the --aa flag is supplied in place of any filesystem names,
_q_u_o_t_a_o_n will enable all the filesystems indicated in
/_e_t_c/_f_s_t_a_b to be read-write with disk quotas. By default
only the types of quotas listed in /_e_t_c/_f_s_t_a_b are enabled.
The optional -_g flag specifies that only group quotas listed
in /_e_t_c/_f_s_t_a_b should be enabled. The optional -_u flag
specifies that only user quotas listed in /_e_t_c/_f_s_t_a_b should
be enabled. Specifying both -_g and -_u is equivalent to the
     default.

_Q_u_o_t_a_o_f_f announces to the system that the specified filesys-
tems should have any disk quotas turned off. If the --aa flag
is supplied in place of any filesystem names, _q_u_o_t_a_o_f_f will
turn off quotas on all the filesystems indicated in
/_e_t_c/_f_s_t_a_b to be read-write with disk quotas. The -_g and -_u
     flags work analogously with quotaon.

The -_v flag causes _q_u_o_t_a_o_n and _q_u_o_t_a_o_f_f to print a message
for each filesystem where quotas are turned on or off.
