DDEESSCCRRIIPPTTIIOONN
     _N_e_w_a_l_i_a_s_e_s rebuilds the random access data base for the mail
     aliases file /_u_s_r/_l_i_b/_a_l_i_a_s_e_s.  It must be run each time
     /_u_s_r/_l_i_b/_a_l_i_a_s_e_s is changed in order for the change to take
     effect.
