     The ssttrrccssppnn() function spans the initial part of the null-terminated
     string _s as long as the characters from _s do not occur in string _c_h_a_r_s_e_t
     (it spans the _c_o_m_p_l_e_m_e_n_t of _c_h_a_r_s_e_t).
