     ttiimmee(_t_i_m_e___t _*_t_l_o_c);

DDEESSCCRRIIPPTTIIOONN
     The ttiimmee() function returns the value of time in seconds since 0 hours, 0
     minutes, 0 seconds, January 1, 1970, Coordinated Universal Time.

     A copy of the time value may be saved to the area indicated by the point-
     er _t_l_o_c. If _t_l_o_c is a NULL pointer, no value is stored.

     Upon successful completion, ttiimmee() returns the value of time. Otherwise
     a value of ((_t_i_m_e___t) -1) is returned and the global variable _e_r_r_n_o is set
     to indicate the error.

EERRRROORRSS
     The following error codes may be set in _e_r_r_n_o:

     [EFAULT] An argument address referenced invalid memory.
