       These functions calculate Bessel functions  of  the  first
       and second kinds for real arguments and integer orders.

DDIIAAGGNNOOSSTTIICCSS
       Negative arguments cause _b_e_s_y_0_, _b_e_s_y_1_, and _b_e_s_y_n to return
       a huge negative value. The system error code will  be  set
       to EDOM (33).
