.SH DESCRIPTION
.I Mp2res
will convert a bitmap image from the Apple MacPaint format to the Xerox RES
(Raster Encoding Standard) format.  The RES header will declare the natural
resolution of the image to be 72 pixels per inch.

The following options are understood:

.BI \-t top
The number of the first scan line to be output.  Scan lines are numbered
from 0 to 719 (there are 720 scan lines).

.BI \-b bottom
The last scan line to be output.  See above note.
.TP
.BI \-o outputfile
The RES master will be placed in the named file.
If the option is omitted, the RES master will be created on the
standard ouptut.

.BI \-i
Output an Interpress master instead of an RES file.  The picture will be
printed at 72 pixels per inch.
