The RES header will declare the natural resolution of the image to be 72 pixels per inch. .PP The following options are understood: .TP .BI \-t top The number of the first scan line to be output. Scan lines are numbered from 0 to 719 (there are 720 scan lines). .TP .BI \-b bottom The last scan line to be output. See above note. .TP .BI \-o outputfile The RES master will be placed in the named file. If the option is omitted, the RES master will be created on the standard ouptut. .TP .BI \-i Output an Interpress master instead of an RES file.
