To enable the 'TV' terminal, in addition to including the driver 'tv.c' (/src/lsx/bg/tv.c) in place of the old kl.c, the character set file (/src/lsx/tvt/cset) must be placed on the floppy disk as /etc/cset, and /etc/init must be replaced by the compiled version of initwvt.c
