is used by

.I makebfu, 
to build a special archive named "conflict_resolution.gz" 
containing scripts and packaging metadata which can be used by 
.I acr
to automatically attempt the resolution of merge conflicts in editable
files.

.I mkacr
can be invoked manually to manually produce an updated conflict
resolution archive.

The first argument can either point at the root of a workspace
($CODEMGR_WS) or the source root inside the workspace ($SRC).
