Many installations use this file to record comments and recommendations on terminals. In general, you want terminals that: 1) operate reasonably in full-duplex mode. 2) have full keyboards with upper and lower case and all ASCII characters [you can survive without these features, but you won't like it]. 3) hardware tabs, if at all possible. Setable tabs are preferred, ones preset every 8 columns are next choice.
