General Kit Build Instructions

1.  Prior to making any magtape kits, the tape drive
    (TE16 unit one) must be cleaned.

2.  When making kits for UEG testing (NOT field test/SDC submission)
    the system may remain in multi-user mode with logins enabled.
    HOWEVER, all users should be instructed NOT to modify any of the
    system binaries while the build is in progress.

    Use the `/etc/wall' command to warn all logged in users. It
    would be wise to edit a warning into the `/etc/motd' file to
    warn any users who may log in during the build.

    Inform the users when the kit build is complete.
