netsetup.README: The netsetup program was modified to include a fix for the proper handling of subnet bits for the host and network addresses when they were setup in both the /etc/rc file and the /etc/networks file. The original ULTRIX-11 V3.0 source for netsetup is in the file named netsetup.cV3.0, while the updated version with the subnet fix is in netsetup.c. The fix for subnet bits in the broadcast address (/etc/rc file) now correctly says "broadcast 128.45.40.0 netmask 255.255.255.0" instead of: "broadcast 128.45.0.0 netmask 255.255.255.0". Also, the fix for subnet and hostbits in the /etc/networks file now says, for example, "ethernet 128.45.40" instead of "ethernet 128.45". John Dustin 7-APR-86
