NAME              liba.a -- assembly language library
SYNOPSIS

DESCRIPTION       This library is the standard location for assembly--language
                  subroutines of general use. A section of this manual is
                  devoted to its contents.

                  This library is searched when the link editor ld encounters
                  the "--l" argument.
