There's a DVD-supplement bundle that includes a single DVD and the two hardcopy supplements for both Outside In and Not Knot.
That's the only way to get access to the written supplements, they're not posted online. I don't even have the PDF of either one of these in my own possession, I tried to hunt those down when I converted the original master videos onto the DVD version in 2009 but those files have gotten lost in the mists of time...
So you could order the bundle just for access to the booklets! The Not Knot one is black and white rather than color, but a similar level of care went into the mathematical exposition for that one too.
