Have you tried the Free Pascal Compiler?    Its pretty much become the standard for Pascal these days and runs on just about everything (including modern Macs).  It also supports most of the modern Pascal dialect such as Delphi et al.

You’ll need the GNU Pascal Compiler to install it. Regrettable, GPC does
not run on current Versions of Mac OS X.
