On my 3.7Ghz Intel box vim takes 0.4 to start up and exit and I'm pretty
sure 90% of that is the time it takes me to paste
:q
We aren't running on under 1 mhz CPUs any more. A 10 year old Rasberry Pi
had 4 cores @ 900mhz.
