Where do you sign the SCO License agreement

Greg,
Since none of the responses seem to really answer your question,
here's what I did:
I signed my name on the very first line where it says "Name".
I then printed my name on the line where it says "Print or Type Name".
If this is incorrect, I guess I'll get it back!
