I absolutely agree.  And mind "you", a lot of people save money to
be able to have an hour of internet access a week.  Maybe they
have to walk kilometers, hours, to be able to do so.  And to end
up with a bad low-bandwidth connection.  Having internet access is
a gift, and a miracle.
