[TUHS] Floppy to modern files for Usenet maps

I don't think that file is all of what's needed.

I looked at it and saw the following:

As such, I think the usa.outline, usa.states, and net are missing.  :-(

I've not yet had a chance to look for articles in Usenet archives.
