[TUHS] SCCS, TeamWare, BitKeeper, and Git

Not really. It was just the Perforce data model (which I still think is the
nicest I've used) and UI, with a completely new implementation on Google
infrastructure. To me and most others, it was the same as using Perforce.
It was a remarkable achievement.
