Indeed. Forgot to CC the TUHS list in my email, my apologies. Details are as follows:

CRC and LRC of the two bad blocks are:

Block 4281: CRC=341, LRC=290
Block 4367: CRC=302, LRC=445

Verifying that the CRC and LRC of the fixed records indeed match:

$ crc good_4281.bin
CRC=341
LRC=290

$ crc good_4367.bin
CRC=302
LRC=445
