[TUHS] UNIX Plates

Of course, Amrando put one of the DEC license plates (complete with the 
official expiration tabs) on the front of his car.   It went missing for 
a while and he inquired if anybody had seen it (which get worldwide 
repsonse that it wasn’t in a lot of places).   I think he eventually 
recovered it.
