Unfortunately your URL never worked for me.
A kind person sent me an archive from their CD, off-list, which I've 
posted on my site.
Just to be helpful to scrapers, the file is up at 
/files/panic-cdrom-files.zip on the domain of my email address, 
accessible via HTTPS :-)
