bitsavers became unusable two weeks ago, and we are aggressively blocking anything with 'bot' in the name
with .htaccess along with no longer permitting wget because people seemed to think it was ok to start several
dozen in parallel.

anonymous rsync is still there, and looking at the logs almost no one uses it
