[TUHS] Looking for a document - Installing and Operating Mt Xinu Mach 386

I've started working with Mt Xinu from 1993.  I've gotten as far as
getting one of my systems setup and started the installation process.
However, I have gotten past the first 2 disks.  There is a manual called
Installing and Operating Mt Xinu Mach 386.  I haven't found it anywhere.

Does anyone have a copy or a PDF scan?  I can't seem to get beyond the Boot
Disk.  I insert the File disk and it stops the installation.

Any assistance would be appreciated!
