Thanks, I hadn't considered blank pages. Of the missing pages in the scan
(4, 6, 18) only page 6 (chgrp to du) is listed in the contents.
The reference card is not often discussed, but as far as I can tell there was
only one edition in 1979. So it seems likely you have the same one as Clem.
