[TUHS] Photo of old Unix manuals

Sorry, I thought the referenced attachment would be replaced
by a link to a saved copy as happens with some attachments,
but it turns out to exceed the tuhs size limit. it's now at
https://www.cs.dartmouth.edu/~doug/UnixManuals.jpg.
In case anyone is wondering, the only printed form of v10 was
the trade binding. Only v6, v7 (non-trade), and v10 included
extra volumes of companion documents.

Top row v1-v5 (note the original owner's name on v1 and v2)
Middle row v6 (2 vols), v7 (3 vols)
Bottom row v7 (trade binding),  v8, v9, v10 (2 vols, trade binding)
