[TUHS] UNIX Reference Card (Was: Vi Quick Reference card for 4.4 BSD)

I had some extra time today, so I went ahead and scanned the Cherry card 
and the Bolsky card.

The Cherry card is unique in that the pages aren't all the same length. 
Each section has slightly longer pages, with a "tab" heading at the 
bottom of the first page of each section. See the 3rd page of the PDF 
for the full effect.
